2024 Track: Secured her place in the 2024 Olympic Games for Ireland by winning the Irish National Championship at 1,500-meters at the end of June … posted a season-best 1,500-meters time of 4:05.77 to take second at the Morton Games in Dublin in July … in July, lowered her 800m PR to 2:00.28 in Lignano, Italy … collegiate season ended in the NCAA Outdoor Championships 1,500-meter final for the second year in a row, placing 12th in the final in 4:13.39 for Second Team All-America … reached the final by running 4:08.04 in the semifinals to take fourth … did not begin her outdoor season until the Pac-12 Championships in May, previous race coming back in February … at Pac-12s in her outdoor debut, took seventh in the 1,500m final at altitude in Boulder … reached the NCAA final site with an impressive run of 4:09.61 at West Prelims to take second in her heat … indoors, had a season-best mile time of 4:33.30 at the Terrier DMR Challenge
2023Cross Country: One of the leaders on the Husky squad that won its first Pac-12 title since 2009 and placed eighth at the NCAA Championships, tops among Pac-12 and West Region teams … at NCAAs, placed a career-best 56th overall and second on the team in 20:16 helping UW to the top-10 finish … led the team at Pac-12s with a sixth-place finish in 19:33 to earn All-Pac-12 First Team honors as UW got the team title on its home course … earned All-West Region honors with a 17th-place Regional finish, second on the squad, in 19:59 … opened the season with a 15th-place finish at the Virginia Invitational, first among Huskies, in 16:40 for 5k … at the Wisconsin Invite, was 65th overall and third on the team in 20:52 … work in the classroom earned a spot on the Pac-12 Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2023 Track:Breakout season saw her shatter the UW School Record at 1,500-meters, reach the NCAA Outdoor final, then go on to win the European U23 Championship at 1,500-meters for Ireland and race in the World Outdoor Championships where she hit the Olympic Standard ... at her first World Championships for Ireland, placed eighth in her prelim heat in an incredible time of 4:02.15, the No. 3 time on the collegiate all-dates list and a five-second PR ... won the European U23 title, the first-ever gold medal for Ireland in meet history, with a PR and School Record time of 4:07.18 ... took second in the 1,500m at the Irish National Championships in late July with a time of 4:12.00 ... other post-NCAA summer meets included the Europe Team Championships, where she won the 1,500m to help Ireland win Division 3 and move up to Division 2, as well as the Irish U23 Championships where she swept the 800m and 1500m titles ... another huge PR over the summer, breaking a 41-year-old School Record in the 3,000-meters with a time of 8:44.72 at a meet in Rovereto, Italy, going to No. 5 in the NCAA all-dates list ... ran the No. 1 time in NCAA history on the all-dates list in the 1,000-meters, going 2:37.08 at a meet in Bern, Switzerland on Aug. 8 ... at her first NCAA Outdoors in Texas, won her semifinal in 4:09.58, but struggled to bounce back in the final in the heat, placing 12th overall to earn All-America Second Team ... shattered the School Record for the first time with a massive four-second then-PR in the quarterfinals of NCAA West Prelims, winning her heat in 4:08.06 to advance to her first NCAA Outdoors … that run broke the 2010 school record by over two-and-a-half seconds, was the fastest in the NCAA in 2023, and ranked her 11th in NCAA history … just two weeks earlier, ran another four-second PR in the Pac-12 1,500m final, going 4:12.19 to finish fourth … also took sixth in the Pac-12 5,000-meters, her first 5k on the track, in 16:31.37 … helped UW to two top-three finishes at the Penn Relays, splitting 4:18 as the 4x1500m relay took third, and splitting 2:07 to help the 4x800m relay place second … indoors, was the lead-off leg of the Collegiate Record-setting distance medley relay at the BU Scarlet & White Invite, as the Huskies ran 10:46.62 to break Oregon’s 2017 record and shatter the School Record by nine seconds … split 3:16 for the opening 1,200-meters of the DMR, one of the fastest splits on record … lowered her mile PR to 4:33.24 at the Husky Classic, No. 5 in school history … also ran an 800m PR of 2:05.87 to go to sixth in school history, and a 3,000-meters PR of 9:03.91 to go to sixth in school history on that list.
2022 Cross Country:Made major strides in her second cross country season, becoming one of the team leaders and earning All-Pac-12 Team and All-West Region honors … went from 244th at NCAAs in 2021 to 73rd one year later, coming through as the second Husky across the line in Stillwater in a time of 20:26, helping the Huskies place 17th as a team … was the top Husky finisher at NCAA West Regionals as UW hosted the meet at Chambers Creek, placing ninth overall in 19:34, a 61-spot improvement over the previous year … earned All-Pac-12 Second Team honors with a 13th-place finish at the Pac-12 meet, second on the squad, in a time of 19:41 … was the No. 5 scorer at the Wisconsin Invitational, placing 144th overall … the second Husky finisher at the season-opening Cowboy Jamboree, placing 37th in 21:09.

2022 Track: Strong sophom*ore season as she reached the Pac-12 final at 1,500-meters and advanced to the NCAA West Prelims quarterfinals, with several PRs … ran a 1,500-meters PR of 4:17.54 in the prelims of Pac-12s to advance to the final, where she finished 12th … also was 10th in the Pac-12 800-meters in 2:06.63 … took third in her West Prelims first round 1,500m heat in 4:21.12 to move on to the quarterfinals, where she finished 24th overall … opened outdoor season with an 800m time of 2:07.03 at the Bryan Clay Invite … indoors, started the year with a PR in the mile of 4:49.09.
2021 Cross Country:Raced at all five meets in the fall, highlighted by scoring for the first time at the Pac-12 Championships … at the Pac-12 meet, was the No. 5 Husky to cap the team score in 31st-place with a time of 21:45 … despite falling near the finish, fought to the line and made it over at the NCAA Championships as the Huskies placed 11th as a team … was the seventh Husky at West Regionals, placing 70th overall in 21:15 … ran in the Open race at the Wisconsin Invite and was 14th overall in 21:33 … opened the season placing 18th in the B race at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invite in 17:52.

2021 Track: Raced at two meets outdoors, starting with the Raleigh Relays where she ran 4:22.67 for the 1,500-meters and 2:09.88 for the 800-meters … at the Stanford Invite, lowered her season-best to 4:21.91 in the 1,500m … indoors, ran a mile in 5:02.36 at the season opener … made the Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll
2020 Cross Country: Did not compete.

High School and Personal: Born in East St. Kilda, Victoria, Australia … parents are Sonia O’Sullivan and Nic Bideau … has one older sister, Ciara … Sonia O’Sullivan was a World Champion distance runner for Ireland and a four-time Olympian, winning the silver medal in the 5,000-meters at the 2000 Olympics, after an historic collegiate career at Villanova where she won back-to-back NCAA cross country titles in 1990 and 1991 … the 2019 Australian U20 Champion at 800-meters … also has Irish citizenship and won a silver medal at the 2018 European U18 Championships in the 800-meters in 2:06.05 … also won Australian U17 track titles at 800m and 1,500m … also played basketball, soccer, volleyball, and badminton growing up.
